GOLD is the in game currency and is used to speed up Research, Builds and Repairs. While you don’t need Gold to play Storm Force it does accelerate game play for you. The choice is yours. One Gold equals 30 minutes of speed up time and the cost for speed ups has been set at 10 cents per hour, equals 2 Gold. Use of Gold in game will commence part way through Alpha and continue into Beta and of course Public Release.
The Gold Packs Chart below shows the packs available. So if you want 500 Gold then you select the GP4 Pack in the right hand column etc.
